Energy integration 30MGOe in axial anisortropy.
Namiki has achieved a residential induction of 11 kG (1.1T) ,intrinsic coercive force of over 15 kOe (1194kA/m), and maximum energy integration of 30 MGOe (239kJ/m3) for sintered samarium -cobalt magnet created by a powder metallurgy.
Owing to the uniform density of the press-shaped molding, the products, even if it is thin shape, show no sign of chipping or cracking and less unevenness of magnetic flux density after cutting. Thus they perfectly suit to the ring and flat shaped magnetic products.
Namiki supplies reliable magnetic parts in many different shapes by using high thermal resistance Samarium cobalt magnet and by applying our high precision processing technology for jewel parts. |
